Delivery
- We deliver all across Egypt.
- Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Orders outside Cairo can take longer than usual.
- Delivery fees are shown at checkout on washedstudios.co.
Try it on at your door
- Once your order arrives, you may try it on the spot.
- If you’re not satisfied, return the package and simply pay the shipping fees.
Exchange and refund
- 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order or invoice number) is needed.
- Exchanges are possible while your size is available on the website.
- Sale pieces can be exchanged or refunded within 48 hours of receiving them.
Golden Warranty
Six months of coverage on your jeans. If something happens, we’ve got you covered.
Covered
- Manufacturing defects: stitching issues, hardware malfunctions, unexpected fabric tears not caused by wear and tear.
- Fabric defects: discoloration beyond normal fading, weak denim structure.
Not covered
- Normal wear and tear: fading, distressing, minor abrasions.
- Damage from improper care: washing outside the guidelines, bleaching, excessive heat drying.
- Alterations, modifications or repairs done outside Washed Studios.
- Accidental damage: ripped by force, stains from external sources.
How to claim
- Email us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos.
- Our team assesses it and replies within 3 to 5 business days.
- If approved, you receive a replacement, store credit or a repair, depending on the issue.
Care
- Dry cleaning is highly recommended, safer for leather and denim.
- If not: wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle, inside out, with no harsh soaps.
- No bleach.
- Air dry to keep the fit and avoid shrinking or warping.
- Iron at low temperatures, with no direct heat on leather labels.
